A new diagnosis can feel overwhelming. You suddenly find yourself navigating complex medical decisions, meeting multiple specialists, and trying to make sense of treatment options that feel urgent and unfamiliar.

My role is to help you slow down and see the full landscape clearly. Together we evaluate the risks and benefits of your options, clarify your priorities, and create an aligned healing plan that supports both your medical treatment and your body’s deeper healing. You do not have to navigate these decisions alone.

I have cancer and I'm being treated by an oncologist. Can I still join the Cancer Healing Journey?

Absolutely. My work is designed to support and complement your medical care. I help you ask more informed questions, better understand your options, and strengthen your body during treatment through nutrition, nervous system regulation, detoxification, and restorative practices. Many of my clients find that addressing the biological, emotional, and spiritual roots of their illness while in treatment accelerates their healing and significantly improves their quality of life. Your medical decisions always remain your own. My role is to help you navigate the journey with clarity and support.

Can the Cancer Healing Journey help me if I just finished treatment or for prevention?

Yes. Whether you’ve just finished cancer treatments or want to be proactive, this work addresses the root causes that determine long-term health.

For women post-treatment, this is the critical moment. Completing medical treatment alone does not prevent recurrence, and without uncovering the biological, emotional, environmental, and spiritual patterns that allowed cancer to arise, the risk of it returning remains high. We identify what contributed to your illness, rebuild your body, reset your nervous system, and create the conditions for true, lasting healing.

For women focused on prevention, we address the same root causes before illness appears, creating an internal environment where disease cannot thrive. This work strengthens your body, mind, and spirit, so you can live fully, age vibrantly and remain resilient.

Expect to be seen in a way you have never experienced before. I review your full history, diagnosis, labs, imaging, lifestyle and current terrain to understand the complete picture of your health. I connect the dots that nobody else has connected. Our work begins with a full Breakthrough Day in your home where we transform your kitchen, your environment, and your daily practices. From there we meet weekly for private 90-minute private sessions. You will have ongoing support between sessions, and we work together closely throughout the entire journey. This is deep work that creates meaningful change.

My life is very busy. What if I don't have time to do the work?

The Cancer Healing Journey is my most personalized and comprehensive offering. It is a fully private 1:1 experience where every protocol is built specifically for you. It includes direct access to me between sessions and an in-home Breakthrough Day where we transform your healing environment together. The Fuhrman Protocol is a structured small group experience that follows the same overall framework but is delivered through weekly live group calls and a private online portal. Both programs last 90 days. The right choice depends on the level of personalization and support you are looking for.

Can people truly heal from cancer?

In my experience, yes. I believe this not only because of the work I have done with clients over the past 16 years, but because of my own experience.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, I declined chemotherapy and chose to create my own healing protocol. I immersed myself in studying nutrition, detoxification, ancient healing traditions, and the deeper emotional and spiritual dimensions of illness. Over time, my body healed, and that experience changed the entire course of my life. It is what led me to create Soupelina and eventually dedicate my work to guiding others through their own healing journeys.

Every person’s path is unique, but I have seen again and again that when someone commits to changing the terrain of their body and their life, remarkable things can happen. Healing is rarely the result of one treatment or one decision. It is the result of many aligned choices made consistently over time. My role is to help you make those choices with clarity and support, and from having walked this path myself.

I don't have cancer, but I’m struggling with another health condition. Is this still for me?

Yes. Both The Cancer Healing Journey and The Fuhrman Protocol are designed for women facing complex health challenges who feel they’ve reached a dead end with conventional or functional medicine approaches.  Many of my clients are navigating autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, gut disorders, hormone imbalances, or other long standing health concerns. The goal is to create an internal environment where health can return and disease cannot easily take hold.

It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a quick solution or if you are not ready to examine the habits, patterns, and environments that may have contributed to your illness. Or if you are not willing to invest time, energy and resources your healing requires. These journeys are designed for those who are ready to engage deeply with their healing process. If that is not where you are right now, I respect that completely.

Do you work with clients outside Los Angeles?

Yes. I will travel to you wherever you are for the Breakthrough Day, which takes place in person. The rest of the work is done virtually from across the country and internationally.

What happens after the 90 day journey ends?

Many clients continue independently with the practices they have learned. Others choose to stay connected through additional coaching, advanced programs, or periodic strategy sessions. The goal of the journey is not dependence on me, but empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and clarity to sustain your own healing.
