From there we meet weekly for private 90-minute private sessions. You will have ongoing support between sessions, and we work together closely throughout the entire journey. The Cancer Healing Journey is my most personalized and comprehensive offering. It is a fully private 1:1 experience where every protocol is built specifically for you. It includes direct access to me between sessions and an in-home Breakthrough Day where we transform your healing environment together. The Fuhrman Protocol is a structured small group experience that follows the same overall framework but is delivered through weekly live group calls and a private online portal. Both programs last 90 days. The right choice depends on the level of personalization and support you are looking for.

In my experience, yes. I believe this not only because of the work I have done with clients over the past 16 years, but because of my own experience. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, I declined chemotherapy and chose to create my own healing protocol. I immersed myself in studying nutrition, detoxification, ancient healing traditions, and the deeper emotional and spiritual dimensions of illness. Over time, my body healed, and that experience changed the entire course of my life. It is what led me to create Soupelina and eventually dedicate my work to guiding others through their own healing journeys. Every person’s path is unique, but I have seen again and again that when someone commits to changing the terrain of their body and their life, remarkable things can happen. Healing is rarely the result of one treatment or one decision. It is the result of many aligned choices made consistently over time. My role is to help you make those choices with clarity and support, and from having walked this path myself.

Yes. Both The Cancer Healing Journey and The Fuhrman Protocol are designed for women facing complex health challenges who feel they’ve reached a dead end with conventional or functional medicine approaches.  Many of my clients are navigating autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, gut disorders, hormone imbalances, or other long standing health concerns. The goal is to create an internal environment where health can return and disease cannot easily take hold.

This work changes your body and the way you live. My clients don't just heal their cancer or resolve their gut issues, they come to understand the deeper reasons their body became ill in the first place. That awareness shifts how they eat, sleep, work, relate to others, and care for themselves. They often experience clearer thinking, deeper sleep, greater resilience, and a renewed sense of connection to their own bodies. Healing becomes not just the absence of illness but the presence of vitality.

Some changes will likely be necessary, but the process is gradual and guided. We do not attempt to transform everything overnight. Yes. I will travel to you wherever you are for the Breakthrough Day, which takes place in person. The rest of the work is done virtually from across the country and internationally.

Many clients continue independently with the practices they have learned. Others choose to stay connected through additional coaching, advanced programs, or periodic strategy sessions. The goal of the journey is not dependence on me, but empowering you with the knowledge, tools, and clarity to sustain your own healing.
