Where do you deliver?​For now, we deliver on Tuesdays in the following Los Angeles areas: - Beverly Hills - Burbank - Century City - Downtown Los Angeles - Encino - Hollywood - Pacific Palisades - Santa Monica - Sherman Oaks - Studio City - Toluca Lake - Valley Village - Westwood Long Distance Delivery: - Woodland Hills - Westlake - Pasadena - Glendale - Malibu If you are in Orange County and Santa Barbara areas, please email us for special delivery. If you would love to receive Soupelina soups and live outside those areas, please email us! We want to know where our soup is desired for future growth.

Is there a delivery charge?Yes, we charge a nonrefundable $20 fee for regular delivery and $30 for long-distance delivery. You must add this to your cart before you check out. Special delivery prices vary based on mileage and current gas prices.

I've placed an order, but now I don't want it for whatever reason. Can I cancel my order?"Yes, you are welcome to cancel your order up to 48 hours before the intended delivery time (10am - 1pm the Tuesday following your order placement). Any cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are not guaranteed a refund because cleanses are prepared custom to order.

What if I'm not home when my soup is being delivered?If you are not home during delivery, please leave a cooler by the door for your soups. Soupelina does not take responsibility for items left outside.

How long do Soupelina soups last?Our soup cups are sealed for optimum freshness and last for up to 5 days. There are absolutely NO preservatives or additives, which is the reason for the short life span. Make sure to keep your soups refrigerated or freeze them if you’d like to eat them at a later date.

How is Soupelina different from all other soups?Soupelina is good for you! We offer all-natural, organic and delicious soups, free from the common allergens: wheat, gluten, dairy, casein, eggs and nuts. Do you use any additives or sweeteners?We don’t believe in adding anything un-natural to our soups. Why mask the goodness of perfectly wonderful organic veggies with sugar, table salt or preservatives? Our soups carry the flavors of the highest quality ingredients, herbs and spices, and are a truly perfect mixture: yummy, blissful and convenient.

I'm watching my sodium intake. Do you use any salt?We don’t like those commercial high sodium soups either! That’s why we use the highest quality Himalayan Pink Salt. It contains the same 84 natural minerals and elements found in the human body. You can google it for all the health benefits, but trust us when we say it actually controls the water levels within your body and helps you lose weight.
