Yes, we charge a nonrefundable $20 fee for regular delivery and $30 for long-distance delivery. You must add this to your cart before you check out. Special delivery prices vary based on mileage and current gas prices.

Yes, you are welcome to cancel your order up to 48 hours before the intended delivery time (10am - 1pm the Tuesday following your order placement). Any cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are not guaranteed a refund because cleanses are prepared custom to order.

If you are not home during delivery, please leave a cooler by the door for your soups. Soupelina does not take responsibility for items left outside.
