Your Clarity Health Appointment includes: • 60 or 90 Minute Call with Elina • Detailed follow-up of your progress since last appointment • Lab & Records Review This is for you if: ✔︎ You have already had your Initial Clarity Health Appointment ✔︎ You want to feel your best but no matter what you’ve tried, it’s not working. ✔︎ You want to lose weight, clear your skin, improve digestion, have a great night’s sleep, feel more energy. ✔︎ You are experiencing health challenges and frustrated by the limitations of the treatments you’ve received ✔︎ You are confused with the current food paradigm and want to know what foods are really healthy for you ✔︎ You are considering treatment options and looking to see if a holistic approach is right for you By the end of our call you will: ➢ Get clear on why you became ill, carry extra weight or not feeling your best ➢ Understand what’s really behind your symptoms ➢ Gain new perspective & clarity on what’s your body telling you ➢ Receive customized health assessment ➢ Get inspired to take action steps Your first Clarity Health Appointment is $749. All appointments booked following your initial appointment are $600/90 minutes and $400/60 minutes.
